It is the biggest and most technologically advanced commercial kitchen in southern Poland. The staff use modern equipment, part of which has been tailored to the Uzdrowisko Ustroń Health Resort's demands.

The modernisation of the production lines consisted of i.a. We are introducing a new method called cook and chill. This method is used in gastronomy in the production of the highest quality meals characterised by exceptional taste. In their work, our cooks adhere to the highest standards. The patients are thus guaranteed that the food they are eating is healthy and retains valuable nutrients.

We are responsible for our patients. When preparing their meals, we have to comply with the doctors’ recommendations. We cooperate with dieticians, who are responsible for planning proper meals for the patients.
