How to obtain the National Senior Card? Detailed information is provided on the Głos Seniora service website (glosseniora.pl) belonging to the organizer of the program, the MANKO Association.
The card can be obtained by persons over 60 years of age. To acquire it, you need to fill out the form available at glosseniora.pl, pay the card fee (35 PLN for one year, 50 PLN for two years), attach proof of payment to the application, and send the documents to: Osiedle Urocze 12, 31-953 Kraków.
Over 200 local government units across Poland participate in the National Senior Card program. Thanks to this, residents of these cities, municipalities, and counties can receive the card for free. The list of local government units participating in the program is available on glosseniora.pl.
