Brine Pool
Our patients have at their disposal three modern brine pools and a jacuzzi. Each of them is filled with brine with a concentration of 3-4%. Additionally, thanks to the rich mineral content, the pool hall has a specific microclimate that plays an important role in the treatment of respiratory diseases and disorders. It is worth noting that the Ustroń brines, extracted from two boreholes in the spa area, are among the best in the country.
Gym
This is an offer for fans of movement and weight training. For them, we have prepared the latest generation machines designed for exercising various body parts. The complex is located on an area of over 200 sqm. It is the most advanced facility of this type in the entire region.
Cryochamber
During the procedure in a cryogenic chamber, the human body is exposed to low temperatures (about -120°C). Such a temperature has a beneficial effect on the immune system, supports biological regeneration, slows down aging processes, enhances the cosmetic effect, contributes to mood improvement, and also reduces fatigue.
