The stay is fully refunded by the National Health Fund (NFZ) and includes:
- health assessment
- determination of the rehabilitation program through orders for physiotherapy procedures
- 24-hour medical and nursing care
- full-day meals (according to medical diet).
This stay is intended for people who suffer from conditions such as:
- central nervous system disorders after strokes and brain injuries
- spinal cord injury after spinal fractures and surgical procedures
- disorders of peripheral nervous system functions and muscle dystrophies based on a referral from a department or clinic: anesthesiology and intensive care, neurology, neurosurgery, general surgery, orthopedics and traumatology, infectious diseases, internal diseases or based on a referral from a specialist outpatient clinic: rehabilitation, neurology, neurosurgery, general surgery, trauma-orthopedics.
