Solving health problems with salt has been known to mankind for hundreds of years. Our cave reflects the conditions that can be found in natural salt caves, and staying there allows you to benefit from the healing properties of this raw material. Proper ventilation, temperature and air humidity are also ensured.

There is a specific microclimate here, and the air contains valuable minerals such as iodine, calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium. Inhaling them improves well-being and replenishes deficiencies in the body. It also helps people suffering from asthma, upper respiratory tract infection, sinusitis, hypothyroidism, psoriasis and neurosis. The session takes place on comfortable deckchairs under warm, relaxing lighting. Duration of the session: 45 minutes.
